Angus Beef Patties with Bechamel

Ingredientes

  • 2 Angus beef patties (approx 150g each)
  • 100 ml bechamel sauce (leftover)
  • 30 g grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instruções

  1. Season the beef patties with salt and pepper. Place in the air fryer at 190°C for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  2. In the last 2 minutes, spoon bechamel sauce over each patty and top with grated cheese. Return to the air fryer until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notas
