Angus Beef Patties with Bechamel
Air fryer Angus beef patties topped with warm bechamel sauce and melted cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 Angus beef patties (approx 150g each)
- 100 ml bechamel sauce (leftover)
- 30 g grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the beef patties with salt and pepper. Place in the air fryer at 190°C for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- In the last 2 minutes, spoon bechamel sauce over each patty and top with grated cheese. Return to the air fryer until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
