Air Fryer Honey Mustard Pork Loin
Pork loin glazed with Dijon mustard and maple syrup, air fried until crispy and golden — Le approved!
Ingredients
- 1 pork loin portion for 2 (approx 400g)
- 2 tbsp Maille Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Canadian maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic, minced fine
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Defrost the pork loin overnight in the fridge.
- Mix the Dijon mustard, maple syrup, minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper together in a cup. This is your glaze.
- Pat the pork loin dry with paper towel. Brush the glaze generously all over — every side.
- Place in the air fryer at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Flip halfway at the 10-12 minute mark and brush on any leftover glaze.
- Check it's cooked through — no pink in the middle. If it's a thick piece, give it another 5 minutes.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This keeps the juices in!
- Slice and drizzle any pan juices from the air fryer basket over the top.
Notes
Maille Dijon mustard from France and Canadian maple syrup — a perfect match. Served with sautéed shredded carrots and basmati rice. Leftover slices make amazing sandwiches the next day. Cooked in the motorhome air fryer (20x18cm base) — perfect timing for the small size. Chef Simão's second recipe — Le approved, Roger impressed! 🍯
